Chinggis Airlines pilot Magnaibayar Jamyannorov of the airline successfully completed his first solo flight on the Ulaanbaatar-Choibalsan-Ulaanbaatar route on August 18, 2026, and ATR 72-600 became a co-pilot of the aircraft.

For a pilot, completing their first solo flight is a significant milestone in their professional career. M.Jamyannorov has successfully completed the necessary training and practice, and Chinggis Airlines has joined the ranks of the company's pilots.

The ATR 72-600 is a passenger aircraft widely used for regional and short-to-medium-haul flights. Working as a pilot on this type of aircraft requires successfully navigating rigorous professional stages, including theoretical and practical training, as well as flight preparation.
