Who are we?
Nomin Holding has, since its establishment in 1992, created more than 6,300 jobs across over 500 professional fields. The company contributes approximately 6% of Mongolia’s labor market and about 0.5% of the country’s total tax revenue from GDP. Since the beginning of its operations, it has contributed over 700 billion MNT in taxes and social contributions to the state budget an amount equivalent to the cost of building 20 schools, each with a capacity of 600 students.
What do we do?
We operate a diversified business portfolio comprising more than 60 subsidiary companies across six core sectors: Banking & Financial Services, Information Technology, Construction & Real Estate, Sales & Services, Import, Export & Distribution, and Aviation, Automotive & Logistics. As a pioneer in Mongolia's domestic market, we have introduced numerous innovative products and services, including specialized retail chains for household goods, electronics, and groceries, a loyalty rewards card program, a construction materials hypermarket, e-commerce, a lowest-price guarantee, and the development of private label brands. Through these initiatives, we have helped redefine consumer culture and establish new industry standards while continuously adopting advanced technologies.
