As part of its strategic growth, in 2024 Nomin Trading LLC signed an official agreement with Textron Inc. (USA), becoming the exclusive representative and distributor of all Bell Textron Inc. helicopters—both civilian and military—in Mongolia. This represents a unique global milestone, as it is the first time exclusive rights for both civilian and military helicopters have been granted to a single distributor.
Founded in 1935, Bell Textron Inc. has produced over 35,000 helicopters and is recognized as one of the world’s leading manufacturers. Among its models, the Bell 505 stands out for its high performance, cost efficiency, and versatility, widely used in government, business aviation, civil aviation, and healthcare sectors. Currently, Nomin Trading LLC is working to establish an authorized Bell helicopter maintenance and training center in Mongolia, with the first Bell 505 scheduled to arrive in August 2025.
In 2026, Chingis Airlines Unity LLC, a subsidiary of Nomin Holding LLC, has officially received its modern, high-performance ATR 72-600 aircraft, marking a significant milestone in expanding its fleet and strengthening its operational capabilities.
