Supplier Onboarding Process

1. Submit your application

Hello, and thank you for your interest in becoming a supplier to Nomin Holding LLC.Please submit your application via our supplier portal:

‍2. Participate in Supplier Selection

• 1–2 sample products
• Product price quotation
• Accredited laboratory test results
• Inspection report from the relevant authority, conformity certificates, and test reports
• Proof of official distribution rights (if applicable)
• For manufacturers: photos of production facilities and information on equipment

3. Contract Agreement

• Company registration certificate
• VAT certificate (if applicable)
• Authorization letter for the person responsible for transactions and payments
• Official document specifying bank account details for payments
• Compliance with price competitiveness requirements

4. Vendor Account Activation

Once the contract is signed:

• A category manager will grant you access to the vendor system
• You will log in and submit complete and accurate product information according to the guidelines
• Submitted information will be reviewed by the category manager
• Upon approval, your products will be registered in the system
• Delivery schedules will be arranged by the manager based on your submitted plan

After completing the above steps and signing the cooperation agreement with the relevant category supply manager, you will be authorized to supply your products to Nomin’s retail network.

Goods Delivery Procedure to Stores:

Products must be delivered in accordance with the established procedures to the store clerks authorized to receive goods from suppliers at each branch.
